1.Cold Room Bitzer compressor condensing unit Features
This open-type condensing unit is mainly assembled with Germany Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor. Other brand compressors brand like Refcomp, Dorin are also optional. 
1. Main components are Bitzer compressor, condenser, drier filter, solenoid valve, pressure controller, high and low pressure gauge. Gas separator and oil separator are optional. Brand for all these spare parts is optional
2. Open-type condending unit is easy to moving, installation and maintenance.
3. Pressure controller are designed to protect the whole compressor system when the equipment breaks down or overloads.

5.Power supply:380V/50Hz/3phase,220V/60Hz/3phase,440V/60Hz/3 phase and other special voltage can be customzied.

For small and medium cold room, we usually choose semi-closed piston condensing unit.
For large cold room, we usually choose parallel compressor / compressor racks unit.
For blast freezer, we usually choose screw type compressor or double stage compressor.
For the cooling capacity, we will design it to meet our clients' requirement. 
For some countries, in Winter the temperature is lower than minus 0°C or in Summer the temperature is more than 45°C. We will consider the climatic environment of the location, and chose suitable condenser model for customers.

If the Bitzer compressor price is 40% lower, it may probably not original new compressor. Also, each Bitzer compressor have one security code, you could check it on Bitzer website. 

Q:How to distinguish between the original new and fake Bitzer compressor?
Each compressor has a unique nameplate with QR code. Use the cellphone to scan the code, the result will show on the phone from Bitzer company systems. Any phone can do. Original new, result is successful and fake compressor fail.

Q:Where are Bitzer compressor production bases located?
Beijing China, America, Germany, Egypt and so on. They follow the German headquarters strict quality control system. We purchase Bitzer compressor from Bitzer factory in Beijing.

B:For cold room panel:Plastic film for panel, Each panel is well wrapped with plastic film respectively, the corner is protected with brown paper.
